Claims Executive

Sage Insurance is growing, and so is our claims team.

We’re looking for a Claims Executive with 2+ years’ experience in insurance broking claims to join us in either Sydney or Melbourne.

At Sage, we believe claims are where brokers prove their value. A claim is often the only time a client really sees what their broker is worth, and we take that seriously. You’ll be joining a specialist claims team that works closely with brokers and clients across construction, transport, manufacturing, hospitality, strata and broader commercial risks.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing commercial insurance claims from lodgement through to settlement

• Liaising with clients, insurers, loss adjusters and other stakeholders

• Following up on outstanding information and progressing claims

• Preparing claim documentation and correspondence

• Maintaining accurate records and file notes

• Supporting our Claims Manager and the broader claims team

• Providing exceptional service and communication throughout the process

  
  

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years’ experience in insurance broking claims (preferred)

• Exposure to commercial claims highly regarded

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage competing priorities without dropping balls

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• A proactive approach and willingness to learn

• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and solving problems

• Ideally full time, however we can offer flexibility on part time for the right candidate

• Bonus points for experience with WinBEAT, Officetech or Zoho
