Claims Executive - Strata & Real Estate

We’re seeking an experienced Claims Executive to join our specialist Strata & Real Estate team and support clients through the full claims lifecycle.

This role is suited to someone who is technically strong, client-focused, and enjoys advocating for clients to achieve the best possible claims outcomes.

About the role:

• Manage strata and real estate claims from lodgement through to settlement

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and assessors

• Proactively manage complex or sensitive claims matters

• Provide clear communication and guidance to clients throughout the claims process

• Support account managers and clients with claims strategy and advice

About you:

• Claims experience within strata, property, or commercial insurance

• Strong understanding of claims processes and policy coverage

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Detail-oriented, organised, and client-focused
