Account Executive/Manager - Strata & Real Estate

We’re growing our Strata & Real Estate division and are looking for an Account Executive / Account Manager to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in strata or real estate insurance who enjoys building relationships, managing portfolios, and delivering high-quality advice and service to clients.

About the role:

• Manage and service a portfolio of strata and real estate clients

• Coordinate renewals, placements, and mid-term policy adjustments

• Work closely with insurers to negotiate terms and structure appropriate cover

• Support clients with day-to-day enquiries and insurance advice

• Collaborate with claims and broking teams to deliver end-to-end service

About you:

• Experience in strata and/or real estate insurance (brokerage or insurer side)

• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (or working towards)

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Organised, proactive, and client-focused
